Leading estate agency the Andrews Property Group has revealed an unusually successful 2025 including a six percent jump in revenue year-on-year, paying off its debt and winning Employer of the Year at The Negotiator Awards.

The group, which operates some 50 branches across southern England, has also revealed a 14% increase in sales transactions, a 12 jump in valuations.

Andrews has also been busy building its lettings portfolio, buying Homelets Bath earlier this year.

In October, Andrews launched an in-house auctions department in partnership with Bamboo Proptech and has also been lobbying the Government to reform Stamp Duty and launched a petition to push the Chancellor to allow the levy to paid in instalments, an initiative supported by the big portals as well as TV star Phil Spencer.

The company was also named Employer of the Year at The Negotiator Awards, alongside a silver award for Large Estate Agency, bronze for Large Lettings Agency, and highly commended for Community Champion.

Best work

David Powell, Chief Executive Officer (main image, second from left) says: “Winning Employer of the Year is testament to the culture our people have built – where  colleagues are supported to thrive and do their best work. “Engagement scores are among the strongest in the industry, with 90% of colleagues saying they feel valued, and attrition improving by 51% over the last 24 months.

Simon Cheetham, Chief Purpose Officer, adds: “Our purpose is what sets us apart. It drives decisions and ensures our success delivers social impact. This year’s conference was about recognising how our values-led approach underpins commercial delivery—and celebrating the people who make that happen.”

In the New Year Andrews is to launch its new five-year strategy, pursue acquisition opportunities, and relocate to a new head office. Their expanded executive team including Alex Tan (Group Sales Director), Angharad Trueman (Group Lettings Director) and Neil Glendinning (Head of Risk & Compliance) are to support the delivery of the next phase of the group’s growth.
